As a customer success team member, you are the support voice of A2X for merchants and accountants/bookkeepers (AB partners). We strive to provide helpful and friendly advice to our customers… and we want these interactions to be amazing.
We initiate relationships with prospects and nurture them, so they become advocates for A2X as a service, brand, and lifelong customers! This requires relationship management, patience, communication skills, product knowledge, perseverance and passion.
