About the Role

As a Customer Success Regional Lead, you will be the voice of Customer Success in the UK/EU region, supporting merchants and accounting/bookkeeping partners. You'll lead a growing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will play a crucial role in developing customer relationships, ensuring a high level of engagement and advocacy for A2X.
